For biologists, physicians and other interested parties we offer the course "Medical Parasitology and Tropical Parasitoses" (Human Parasitology).
Seminars given by external guests, in-house journal clubs and diagnostic colloquia are regularly held for continuing education.
External training events are also offered by our institute. As part of a lecture service, we offer interested groups and institutions the opportunity to receive up-to-date information on selected topics of veterinary and human parasitology by a specialist from our institute.
A qualified further education, also with regard to a research-oriented career, is offered within the framework of the Ph.D. program of the University of Bern for graduates in the fields of natural sciences and medicine. Likewise, we support and supervise with great commitment the preparation of dissertations, diploma and master theses.
